Will reviews lead you to the truth? well that depends on how many you are willing to read. The truth is usually buried there somewhere. The art of well placed positive reviews has propelled Yelp foreword to be one of the busiest review sites. If you want the truth then you will have to dig through the reviews and find the true ones. A couple of bad reviews are just par for the course. The perfect business has yet to be created so this solidifies Yelp as a good site for a long time. Phil Pustejovsky is lost when it comes to digging into the reviews.

Are the reviews that you use legit? I think it is time to review the reviews. I think that some of the reviews that you see online are fake. By saying they are fake I mean that the business planted them to make the business seem better than it really is. Bad reviews can harm a business as many people read them and make decisions based on them. If you have a business with a lot of bad reviews wouldn’t it be easier to give yourself a bunch of good reviews? I would think that would be much cheaper than fixing the problems.
